Gathered bow bonnet
An ivory gathered silhouette with a bow detail. Review whether the bow should be decorative or part of the fastening.
- Fit consideration
- Confirm whether the bow adjusts the opening or is decorative. Elastic measurements should be agreed separately.
- Capacity consideration
- Crown depth and volume must suit the intended hair. A loose crown does not guarantee a comfortable band.
- Sample review
- Check pressure around the hairline, seam feel and how the cap stays in place during a wear trial.

A wider front band creates a different silhouette and contact area. Specify the band material separately from the silk crown.
- Fit consideration
- Band width, fabric stretch and seam position need to be reviewed together. A wider band is not automatically softer.
- Material consideration
- Confirm the composition of the band as well as each crown layer. The image does not establish either.
- Sample review
- Check forehead pressure, edge rolling and the feel of the band seam on the intended wearer.

Ribbon ties add an adjustable fastening and a visible design detail. The burgundy image is a design concept; confirm the fastening on a physical sample.

- Tie length, width and attachment position affect how the bonnet fastens. Specify where the knot should sit.
- Design consideration
- Review a solid shade or your original artwork. Pattern scale and placement should be checked on the assembled bonnet.

- Check the tie attachment, opening coverage and the feel of the knot during a wear trial.

How do I choose fabric and layers?
State the feel and construction you want to explore. Confirm the silk weight and composition of every layer and the band separately; a double-layer design does not by itself establish either material.
When are price and timing confirmed?
After reviewing the style, fabric, estimated quantity, destination and branding requirements. The preferences saved here are a starting point, not a confirmed production specification.
