Silk composition & momme

Common starting directions include 19, 22 and 25 momme mulberry silk. Share your target handfeel, intended use and budget; final weight, availability and shade are confirmed against the approved fabric sample.

Fit, closure & dimensions

Use US Standard 20×26, Queen 20×30, King 20×36 or a customer-specific fit. Confirm the insert dimensions, finished case size, overlap depth or usable zipper opening in the same brief.

Finishing, care & stability

Review seam allowance, corner finish, thread color, edge finish and care instructions together. Record dimensions before and after the agreed care test rather than assuming shrinkage performance.
